The guarantee is simple on purpose. These are the complete conditions.

How does the 100% guarantee work?

A new student can attend the first four scheduled classes. If QOAX is not the right fit, submit a request through Parent HQ before the fifth scheduled class and we will issue a full tuition refund. You do not need to give a reason.

What exactly is refunded?

We refund 100% of the tuition paid for the selected learning period, including prepaid multi-month tuition. There is no cancellation fee.

Who can use the guarantee?

It applies once per child, to the child’s first enrolment at QOAX Academy.

What if a class is missed?

The four-class period follows the group schedule, whether or not the student attends every class. This keeps the deadline clear for every family.

Does this replace the legal right of withdrawal?

No. This is an additional QOAX satisfaction guarantee. It does not restrict any consumer rights that apply by law.
